USED BARRELS

H&A Occasions is a French leasing company that leases wine barrels to some of the best wineries in France and Spain.  To qualify for a lease the winery must agree to follow a strict protocol for care and cleanliness.  Barrels are sold by the number of fills they have had and for how long the barrel contained wine.  Simply stating a 1 year or 2 year old barrel can be misleading.  They are available in both red and white wine. A 1 or 2 fill barrel may be just what you are looking for to enhance your desired flavor profile and it will be an extremely economic alternative to new barrels when the budget won't allow them. You can couple H&A used barrels with our Moxon Scorpion sets of barrel sticks and adjust the amount of oak required for your wine profile at a most reasonable price.  When you buy your used barrels from H&A you know that the barrels have been maintained properly and have been cleaned according to the highest standards.  In addition, any used barrels can be cleaned at our warehouse in American Canyon using the Cavitus ultrasonic cleaning process for an additional cost.
